1. Booking Confirmation

2. No Cancellation Policy
Once a booking is confirmed:

Please ensure availability and preference before making a payment.

4. Missed Appointments
If a client fails to attend the scheduled appointment or arrives late, the session may be shortened or considered forfeited.

In rare situations where Bo Tree Ayurvedas is unable to provide the booked service due to unforeseen operational issues, management may offer rescheduling at its sole discretion.
Refunds will not be issued.
